- names
- email addresses
- phone numbers
- business or company names
- job titles
- the contents of messages you send us through our forms or by email
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information collected from other sources
For business-to-business marketing purposes, we may collect business contact information — such as a business name, business address, business phone number, business email address, and the name or job title of a business contact — from publicly available sources, including online business directories, public business listings, and company websites. We use this information only to contact businesses about our Services. You can ask us to stop contacting you and to delete this information at any time by emailing hello@vizoraai.com.
2. How do we process your information?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
- To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.
- To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.
- To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing communications at any time. For more information, see "What are your privacy rights?" below.
- To evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience. We may process your information when we believe it is necessary to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience.
3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and with the third parties listed below.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Service providers. We share personal information with third-party vendors who perform services for us, under a written contract that limits what they may do with it. The service providers we currently use include: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Supabase (database and account authentication for our client portal), and Anthropic (the AI model provider behind our AI features). Depending on what we build for a given client, we may also use providers for text messaging, email delivery, payment processing, or scheduling. We do not permit these providers to use your personal information for their own purposes.
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
4. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.
Use of AI technologies
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic. As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products for the purposes outlined in "When and with whom do we share your personal information?" You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
Our AI Products
Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:
- AI agents and automated assistants that respond to messages, follow up on inquiries, and process documents on behalf of a business
How we process your data using AI
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.
5. Text messages and phone calls
In Short: If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time.
If you provide your phone number through one of our forms, we may use it to contact you about the inquiry you submitted. If you check the box indicating that it is okay to text you, we may send you text messages related to that inquiry.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by emailing us at hello@vizoraai.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
We do not use artificial or prerecorded voices to place outbound calls.
6. Data we process on behalf of our clients
In Short: When we build and run an automation for a business, that business's data belongs to them, not us.
When a business engages us to build or operate an automation, we may access, store, or process personal information about that business's own customers — for example, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, or message history. In that situation, we act as a service provider or processor on that business's behalf. That business, not Vizora AI, decides why and how that information is processed.
We handle that information only as instructed by the business and as set out in our written agreement with them. We do not use it for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and you want to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will refer your request to them.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
In Short: Our marketing website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Our public marketing website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. We host our own fonts rather than loading them from a third-party service, so visiting our website does not share your IP address with a font provider.
Our client portal uses strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage in order to keep you signed in. These are required for the portal to function and are not used for advertising.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request information, such as IP addresses, as part of delivering and securing the website.
If we begin using analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice before doing so.
8. How long do we keep your information?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
9. How do we keep your information safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
10. Do we collect information from minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at hello@vizoraai.com.
11. What are your privacy rights?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express or implied depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in the section "How can you contact us about this notice?" below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, by replying STOP to a text message, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "How can you contact us about this notice?" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at hello@vizoraai.com.
12. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
13. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
